While our Functional Fitness Classes offer an incredible community and a challenging workout, Semi-Private Training provides a level of individualized program design and direct coaching that is simply not possible in larger group settings. Your trainer crafts every workout to your specific needs, focusing on your form, progress, and unique goals, ensuring faster, more targeted results with fewer participants and more hands-on guidance. You'll also benefit from enhanced accountability from both your trainer and peers, a strong sense of community within your dedicated group, and a clear path to achieving measurable results.

Two (2) Sessions Weekly: $75 per person each week
Three (3) Sessions Weekly: $105 per person each week
